Many high-end home developers and contractor's prefer to work with Anaheim Door over any other garage door company. Our Tuscan House model has become one of the more popular options among builders.

Our Tuscan House model is made up primarily of heavy duty weather-resistant composite materials, with a full layer of polystyrene insulation and a sturdy composite backing. It is available in multiple standard and customized panel design options.

The Tuscan House allows a wide range of flexibility in door sizes, like this 8x8 T05 design Tuscan House in Huntington Beach; it can be made to fit oversized or undersized garage openings.

The ability to custom paint our Tuscan House almost any color makes it a popular choice with many high-end new home developers.

Applying a two-tone paint job adds a new perspective to many unique Tuscan House designs.

A popular design option with the Tuscan House is the ability to apply a vertically grooved pattern to the face panel, creating a more authentic wood effect.

Selecting a Tuscan House design with crossbucks helps inspire a unique presence and can add some Country charm to any home.

The premium composite materials used to construct the Tuscan House door are also some of the most practical to accept a faux-finish.

Its weather-resistant non-porous skin makes the Tuscan House an ideal door for any climate or location, and is perfect for homes near the beach like these two 8'6x8 doors in San Clemente.

Adding decorative on-door hardware, like these high quality aluminum clavos in a matte-black finish, adds a new design effect to any Tuscan House model.

Using a darker contrasting color for the doors in relation to your home can alter the style and be a perfect compliment to promote a model-home feel.

Unlike some other Carriage House style doors, the Tuscan House uses window inserts when glass is added (as opposed to a TDL glass style), which helps keep the cost down for optional windows in your door.

Adding a complete decorative hardware package, including straps, clavos, and handles, adds an elegant final touch to many Tuscan House door designs.

The Tuscan House can be ordered primed, pre-finished in one of three standard color options, or in some cases, pre-painted by Anaheim Door, as were these four standard sized 8x7 garage doors in Villa Park.

Adding a faux finish to Tuscan House doors on homes with red brick siding can be the perfect compliment to your homes design; another popular option is using a simpler standard white.

Selecting a panel design with optional vertical grooves increases the natural wood-look of a faux-finished Tuscan House door.

18
image

While many products can be faux-finished, the composite material used in our Tuscan House doors accepts the finish beautifully and exhibits a very natural end result.

The Tuscan House accepts a faux-finish so well, that in some cases, it can be hard to distinguish between a faxed composite Tuscan House or a natural stained Cedar Country House.

Just like a natural wood-stain, a faux-finish can be applied in a broad range of tones, from very dark, to very light, depending on your personal aesthetic preferences.

TUSCAN HOUSE COMPOSITE

  • Tuscan House provides a tough, weather tested, advanced polymer exterior that can withstand virtually any climatic and physical abuse and still maintain the traditional carriage house appearance. Does not rust or dent as often found with steel products.
  • Tuscan House exterior is formed through an advanced manufacturing process that combines real wood fibers with high-tech thermal set melamine resins and plastics under heat and pressure to create a wood textured surface without the exposed joints of a typical wood door.
  • The exterior skin and trim are made of the same composite materials thus avoiding the undesirable risk of failure due to non-compatibility of expansion and contraction rates when mixing materials such as wood, steel, vinyl or plastic on the same door.
  • Tested to withstand the ASTM (American Society for Testing & Materials) accelerated weather test.
  • Energy efficient with environmentally safe, CFC-free, expanded polystyrene insulation.
  • Decorative hardware can be added to achieve the finishing touches. Decorative hardware can include clavos, knockers, handles, straps or strap hinges, speak-easy grills.
  • Rollers are made with a premium nylon sheath and include encased steel ball bearings for smoother and quieter operation, a tremendous benefit, especially for those with bedrooms over or near the garage.
  • Heavy-duty hot-dipped galvanized steel tracks and hinges included for long lasting performance. Optional white powder coating can be added as an upgrade for optimum appearance and rust protection.
  • Upgraded 7/8" diameter tubular steel back hangs - stronger than standard punched angle
  • Full perimeter primed wood/vinyl weather seal for increased seal around the jambs including heavy-duty bottom weather stripping
